La unidad de finanzas de la Oficina de Cl ster de los pa ses andinos ubicada en Lima, Per es responsable de la provisi n de servicios financieros de calidad, garantizar la debida implementaci n de los controles internos, procedimientos y procesos financieros o administrativos. Tambi n dicha unidad es responsable de brindar asesor a t cnica en la implementaci n de programas, operaciones y en la prestaci n de servicios a las Sociedades Nacionales.
Prop sito:
Esta posici n es responsable de proporcionar servicios eficientes y efectivos en temas de tesorer a y contabilidad en la oficina del cl ster. Las principales reas de responsabilidad son las siguientes:
Tareas de tesorer a
Apoyo en contabilidad
Tareas y Responsabilidades:
Tesorer a Asegurarse de que los controles internos adecuados se apliquen bien en la administraci n de los fondos en caja chica y bancos Ser el custodio de la caja chica y de ser el caso, de la caja de emergencia y ser responsable de la buena administraci n de stos fondos Contar la caja chica y la/las cajas de emergencia peri dicamente para garantizar que los fondos se administren adecuadamente y que los saldos sean precisos Conciliar las cajas al menos una vez al mes y conciliar el saldo con las cifras en los registros contables. Procesar todos los pagos a tiempo e incluye documentaci n de respaldo, aprobaciones o validaciones adecuadas Asegurar, con el apoyo del Coordinador de Finanzas, que hay suficientes fondos disponibles para cumplir con los requisitos de efectivo incluidos en los pron sticos (forecast) Gesti n de pagos en efectivo y cheque Gesti n de la plataforma de banca electr nica y relaci n con el intermediario de divisas Procesamiento de n mina y pagos de avances operacionales al personal ubicado en oficinas sin cuentas bancarias (si es necesario) Proporcionar informaci n y apoyo oportuno y preciso relacionado con los pagos procesados (recibos, billetes de banco, etc.) Asegurar que la lista de firmas autorizadas est actualizada siempre Asegurarse de que todos los problemas con el banco o corredor de divisas se hayan resuelto de manera oportuna Asegurar que todos los pagos en efectivo recibidos de llamadas personales, reembolso de avances operacionales, otros se hayan enviado al banco para dep sito Proporcionar asistencia al Coordinador de Finanzas relacionada con el estado de los saldos de efectivo en las diferentes cuentas bancarias de manera oportuna Preparar un flujo de caja mensual y presentarlo al Coordinador de finanzas para asegurar la disponibilidad de efectivo de la oficina y proyectos Llevar un control del saldo de caja y bancos Verificar el progreso de las transferencias enviadas a Sociedades Nacionales o proveedores para confirmar su recepci n. Dar seguimiento para asegurar la respuesta de las SNs. Mantener la base de datos actualizada de los proveedores en la plataforma electr nica del banco.
Contabilidad:
Apoyar en el registro de transacciones en el sistema contable (a excepci n de las transacciones de tesorer a) Apoyar al Coordinador de Finanzas con las rutinas de cierre de fin de mes de acuerdo con la lista de verificaci n contable. Completar el cierre de fin de mes dentro de los plazos establecidos Apoyar en la verificaci n de la documentaci n sustentadora de las rendiciones de las SNs y de ser el caso de requerir de copias selladas apoyar en su preparaci n Preparar y distribuir la hoja consolidada del saldo que mantienen las sociedades y el personal nacional para obtener los c digos para el registro de provisiones Hacer un seguimiento de cualquier problema pendiente destacado por el Analista Financiero y el Coordinador de Finanzas como resultado de la revisi n del per odo pasado y actual. Conciliar las partidas del balance como dep sitos de garant a, saldos de cuentas personales, n mina local antes del cierre del mes Dar seguimiento con el personal de los reembolsos de cuentas personales Mantener un sistema de archivos de la documentaci n del rea de finanzas de acuerdo al sistema est ndar de archivos de la Federaci n Asegurar la actualizaci n del archivo digital de las transacciones contables Verificar que la copia de respaldo de los archivos electr nicos se lleve a cabo peri dicamente Enviar la documentaci n contable original a la Unidad Regional de Finanzas y Administraci n Brindar asistencia en la recopilaci n de documentos para fines de auditor as.
Tareas de Apoyo
Proporcionar asistencia al personal a fin de obtener la documentaci n incluida en el sistema de archivos y asegurarse que dicha documentaci n sea incorporada nuevamente a los archivos Preparar la documentaci n para la recuperaci n del IGV de la oficina del cl ster y dar seguimiento a su tr mite Apoyar en la organizaci n de eventos o talleres en cuanto al pago de vi ticos y reembolsos a participantes Apoyar en la etapa inicial de las operaciones de emergencia Apoyar en la ausencia del asistente senior de finanzas
Otras tareas:
Asesorar proactivamente al Coordinador de Finanzas en sistemas y mejoras de procesos que contribuir n a aumentar la eficiencia y efectividad de las tareas de contabilidad Apoyar las actividades del personal financiero para garantizar la continuidad de los servicios. Proporcionar asesoramiento t cnico al personal de la unidad financiera regional, as como a otro personal de finanzas ubicado en otras oficinas relacionadas con cuestiones de tesorer a. Recomendar el mejor mecanismo para reducir los costos transaccionales a trav s de los diferentes mecanismos utilizados o sugerir nuevos.

Experiencia: 2+ a os de experiencia profesional en un departamento de Finanzas o contabilidad 2+ a os de experiencia en una organizaci n humanitaria (Preferido)

**Summary
This volunteer position aims to coordinate the process of structuring LAFF s new Strategic Plan for the next three years. The Strategic Planning Coordinator will be responsible for leading the ideation and writing phase of the Plan. Additionally, they will also be responsible for leading group workshops and individual sessions with LAFF s stakeholders in the structuring process.
Responsibilities
Support LAFF's Programme Manager and Board with the ideation and building of LAFF's new strategic plan.
Support LAFF's Programme Manager and Board with evaluating LAFFs recent strategic plan.
Coordinate different group/individual sessions about strategic planning amongst LAFF s stakeholders.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the team.
Requirements
Have academic qualifications and/or professional experience in strategic planning, strategic management, and administration of organisations, ideally charitable and voluntary organisations
Is an enthusiast for strategy and strategic planning (envisioning an organisation's future and marking the steps towards achieving strategic goals).

Are you passionate about empowering teens in leadership capabilities? Do you have leadership/mentorship experience? Do you want tangible experience working with a grassroots non-profit in another country?
The Light and Leadership Initiative is a grassroots non-profit based in Huayc n, Peru that focuses on sustainablecommunity-based educational and empowerment programs. Our Teens' Program (ages 13-17) is searching for a qualified individual to facilitate a Teen Leadership Program that gives the students access to leadership skills and opportunities.
The primary focus of the program would be to:
- Assist in the development and implementation of a leadership curriculum
- Support Teens in the development of their leadership projects
- Teach weekly leadership classes
- Create, support, and monitor leadership projects
- Promote the leadership program within the Huayc n community
Recent examples of projects the teens have developed include an animal vaccination program, environmental cleanup projects, as well as a natural disaster relief program for victims of severe flooding.
This position requires advancedSpanish language skills in addition to prior leadership experience. The position is looking for a minimum commitment of 8 weeks to successfully administer aspects of the program starting March 1stonward!

Position Overview
The Grants and Contracts Manager will provide high-level grants and contracts management and administration to achieve project goals, working with partner organizations of all levels. S / he provides overall leadership and oversight for all aspects of related to management of subgrants and contracts. This will require close collaboration with Pact HQ to ensure compliance with Pact and funder guidelines. The Grants and Contracts Manager will supervise all staff with grants and contracts functions and make frequent field visits throughout the Amazon region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop contract documents in compliance with funder requirements, using Pact standard templates and working closely with Pact HQ Management Agreement to execute quality subawards.
- Administer the full cycle of subaward management activities, from planning through selection, pre-award assessment, negotiation, monitoring / compliance visits, and closeout
- Use Pact's subaward management system (Salesforce) and accounting system (Serenic Navigator) for subaward issuance and management. Ensure that all required documentation is available and stored as per Pact policy.
- Oversee budget management of project's subaward pool, and ensure accurate and timely disbursement and liquidation of subaward expenses.
- Ensure timely training of subgrantees, contractors, and Pact staff to understand and comply fully with funder requirements. Develop training materials and carry out regular trainings with partners.
- Ensure that office systems for grants are maintained and that regular reports are provided to Pact headquarters or to the funder as required
- Develop and update Country Office Subawards Manual in compliance with Pact HQ guidance
- Support closeout of awards, including preparation of final inventories, property disposition, etc.
- Work with project staff to ensure that implementation of grants and contracts follows donor requirements
Basic Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and at least five years of relevant experience
- Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and functional proficiency in English
- Extensive training and capacity development experience with indigenous and other underrepresented and marginalized groups in South America
- A demonstrated track record of successfully working with indigenous peoples' organizations and communities in the Amazon region in a role administering or supporting the management of grants to indigenous groups
- Experience assessing the responsibility and grant-worthiness of organizations through financial statements, audits, and other documentation presented in a proposal or in support of an award
- Experience drafting and managing subawards
- Knowledge of USAID and other funder rules and regulations as related to subgrants, procurement, compliance, and cost principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Functional proficiency in Portuguese
- Proven capacity to design and deliver a range of training and technical assistance programs to build a full range of capacities for grant management
- Ability to problem-solve difficult issues, and to multitask with ease, adapting to frequently changing priorities
- Good negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong understanding of budgets
- Competence using common desktop applications and internal systems

Position Overview
The Results, Analytics, and Learning Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing Pact's results, analytics, and learning platform for a regional portfolio supporting the representation of indigenous peoples in the Amazon. Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Analytics Strategy and Leadership (25%)
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of project monitoring, evaluation, analytics and learning strategy
- Consult and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis to understand data reporting and analysis requirements
- Develop tools and systems for data collection, management and analysis
- Establish and continuously refine the full data pipeline, including data collection, sourcing, analysis, visualization, and reporting, ensuring data quality in line with funder and internal standards
- Provide technical support on the design of logical frameworks, theories of change, measurement and metrics, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning plans
Results, Analytics, and Learning (30%)
- Continuously assess, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Appropriately package analysis for multiple audiences and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to Pact leadership, funders, partners, shareholders, and other stakeholders
- Design and maintain BI reporting tools and data visualizations
- Source, clean, and analyze external data and incorporate into internal data sets and analysis
- Integrate use of innovative technologies, data platforms, and GIS mapping for data collection, management, and reporting
- Design, coordinate, and implement major baseline, mid-term, end-line evaluations on Pact programming
- Organize and facilitate learning events with various stakeholders
Product and Service Design, Development, and Support (20%)
- Source, design, and deliver data and analytical services for indigenous communities and organizations in response to a range of demand-driven data collection, analysis, and reporting technical and capacity development needs
- Support internal teams by gathering, measuring, analyzing, and applying data-driven insights to refine and improve internal and external products, such as advocacy messaging, project communication tools, and analytical products designed for use by indigenous groups
- Work with MEL staff to mentor indigenous organizations in monitoring, evaluation and reporting techniques as needed
- Propose and develop boutique data products and serve as a key member of internal product design teams
Team Supervision and Coordination (25%)
- Assist in defining staffing, recruitment, and retention strategy in line with overall MEL strategy, and serve as key leader in sourcing and selecting results and data analytics team
- Supervise, mentor, and grow the capacity of team of monitoring, evaluation, and learning specialists
- Fill niche requirements with consultant and contractor expertise, providing and / or delegating effective oversight and management to ensure successful outcomes
- Coordinate on an ongoing basis with internal teams including business operations, communications, and technical team leaders
Basic Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in statistics or social sciences with strong quantitative focus
- 8+ years of experience of relevant professional experience in research, monitoring, evaluation, analytics, and learning
- Native or professional proficiency in Spanish, advanced proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of related technical specialists and growing the capacity of staff and direct reports
- Strong track record of successful quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research and evaluation design and implementation
- Exceptional data analysis, visualization and communication skills, with established and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate critical insights to relevant leaders, teams, and stakeholders
- Experience designing and delivering diverse data products and services using across a variety of platforms
- Understanding of the human rights context for indigenous peoples in the Amazon Basin
- Experience working with indigenous peoples in Latin America, particularly in the Amazon region
- Experience in Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Guyana, or Suriname. Multi-country and regional experience preferred
- Prior experience with USAID-funded environmental programs in South America
- Strong understanding of USAID Data Quality standards
- Proficiency in multiple business intelligence platforms, statistical software and GIS
- Functional proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese

El puesto de Gerente del Programas para J venes consta de las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Trabajar en la oficina aportando ideas, organizando el programa, planificando reuniones con voluntarios locales e internacionales y llevando a cabo cualquier otra tarea entre bastidores que se haga necesaria para asegurar el xito del programa.
- Trabajar en la recepci n del Centro de J venes, registrando la entrada/salida de j venes al centro, la asistencia diaria a las clases, la entrada/salida de libros .
- Trabajar en el centro de j venes para promocionar el programa y fomentar que los j venes se involucren en l.
- Gestionar las operaciones del d a a d a en el Centro de J venes.
- Planificar eventos especiales, con una frecuencia semanal.
- Organizar dichos eventos los s bados en el Centro de J venes (tanto liderando el propio evento como presentando al voluntario que lo liderar , dependiendo el caso).
- Ayudar en la planificaci n de futuros eventos/programa en el Centro de J venes.
- Contribuir en las reuniones de gesti n semanales.

At The Light and Leadership Initiative, the Kids' Program provides free after school supplemental educational programs to children (ages 7-12). Programs include English. Art, Reading, Homework Assistance, Sports and more. We are searching for a qualified and passionate individual to be a primary assistant within the Kids' Center.
The Kids' Program Assistant Intern would entail...
Front Desk
- Operate the front desk 1x-2x weekly, assisting children and parents with the daily activities such as check-ins, schedule questions, etc.
- Keep the front desk organized and tidy
Special Events
- Lead and operate at least one special event, such as movie night, each month. Participation in more events is possible depending on the interns' time and interest.
Program Development
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Kids Program manager regarding each program
- Participate in cycle registration (4x a year)
- Keep the Salesforce database up to date (training provided)
Education
- Lead teach or facilitate, if qualified, an afterschool program. Opportunities include: Homework Hour, Computer Coding, Yoga, Science, Reading, English, Sports.
- Support teachers in meeting needs of students who demonstrate challenging behavior
- Co-teach in a supportive role with volunteer teachers.

Summary
Through the Youth Development Programme LAFF designs, funds and/or delivers training and workshops according to the identified needs and interests of our partner organisations and beneficiaries, following our established workshop programme/plan. Young people might also receive support from career guidance specialists. The main goal of this programme is to equip children and young people with relevant soft skills (communication, language, interpersonal); life skills (decision making, critical thinking, problem solving, creative thinking); and basic technical skills. Intended to increase economic opportunities, technical skills training targets young people aged 14 to 25 to provide career guidance and support in the search for internship, business start-up and employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Programme Manager, the Youth Development Coordinator will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
Identify and address the educational and developmental needs/requirements of LAFF s beneficiaries.
Based on partner feedback, plan/implement life and technical skills training workshops and the LAFF Career Guidance Programme.
Develop budgets and keep detailed financial records.
Recruit and manage a team of local volunteers to assist with the workshops.
Monitor academic results of beneficiaries.
Identify and liaise with training providers (institutions, training centres, businesses and/or experts) and establish agreements when possible.
Monitor and evaluate the results and impact of the vocational training and career guidance programme and submit progress reports.
Identify internships, short work experiences and job placement opportunities for young people.
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with LAFF s partner organisations.
Requirements
Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences, Education (or related field), or substantial experience working with young people and implementing youth development programmes.
Minimum of 1-year volunteer and/or work experience involving management, teamwork and administration.
Cultural sensitivity and experience working with vulnerable children.
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and intermediate English ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, flexible, independent, and detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
Excellent time management skills.
