PSI is seeking applications for the position of Programme Coordinator for Trade Union Rights to implement the PSI strategy to advance trade union rights for workers delivering public services in the Philippines.

The Programme Coordinator will work with relevant trade unions, legislative bodies and other allies, in order to successfully ensure the adoption of an enabling law for the ILO Convention #151 on labour relations in the public service in the Philippines. The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the project cycle management and finance monitoring of the project.

We are looking for somebody who:

Is an energetic and experienced labour organiser, advocate and campaigner;Understands Philippines legislative procedures and campaigning on trade union rights in the public service;Has experience with trade unions in the Philippines;Has strong written and verbal English.

The position is fixed-term until end of 2021, with possible renewal subject to funding. It will be based in Manila, Philippines.
