Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business specializing in global health and international development, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support an anticipated five-year evidence-driven collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) activity for USAID/Philippines. This full-time position is in Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Provide general financial and administrative support to the F&A managerSchedule appointments Send office correspondence Procure project supplies and other equipment Draft briefs of informational meetingsManage paperwork for financial requestsRecord keeping and document filingReceive phone calls and perform reception dutiesOther duties as assigned by Finance and Administration Manager

Qualifications:

Associates or vocational degreeA least one year s experience as an administrative assistantExcellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelUSAID experienceMust be a legal resident of Philippines. S/he may be Filipino or an expatriate already living in the Philippines with a minimum of five years experience living and working in developing countryFluency in written and spoken English, fluency in Tagalog preferredAbility to meet deadlines, multi-task, and adapt to frequently changing priorities
