Since 2000, Islamic Aid has been supporting some of the poorest people in the world. As part of our ambitious and exciting scaling up plan, we are looking for an experience Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Manager to support our programmes in Punjab, Pakistan.

The role will include shaping the MEL systems and processes required to monitor and evaluate all programme effectiveness, quality and performance; developing and implementing data collection techniques and tools and supporting partners to identify and document relevant learning

You will have experience of establishing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, verification and learning frameworks, systems and tools within complex multi-year development programmes, preferably focused on but not limited to livelihoods, financial inclusion, psychosocial support and social integration programmes. You will bring exceptional quantitative and qualitative data processing and analysis skills to the role, including adapting/developing monitoring tools and surveys, and be able to communicate technical MEL issues and results effectively. You will be expected to engage in capacity building of field staff to ensure accurate data is captured for the MEL process.

Education
A Masters degree in the relevant subject or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience in MEL.
