Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business specializing in global health and international development, seeks an Administrative & Logistics Coordinatorto support an anticipated two-year USAID-funded activity, Mission Program Cycle Support (MPCS). The purpose of MPCS activity is to support USAID/Kenya and East Africa to be more efficient, effective, transparent and skilled in achieving development outcomes through the use of evidence, performance management techniques, and collaborating learning and adapting (CLA) practices. This full-time position will be located in Nairobi, Kenya. and is contingent upon award and USAID approval.

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments Coordinate travelSend office correspondence Procure project supplies and other equipment Prepare meeting notesManage paperwork for financial requests Maintain records and filesReceive phone calls and perform reception duties Other duties as assigned by Finance and Administration Manager

Qualifications:

Associates or vocational degree A least five years' experience as an administrative assistant Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience supporting USAID activities.Must be a legal resident of Kenya. S/he may be Kenyan or an expatriate already living in Kenya with a minimum of five years experience living and working in developing countriesFluency in EnglishAbility to meet deadlines, multi-task and adapt to frequently changing priorities
